The AI model used by this service is not moderated, filtered, or censored. It may produce output on any topic, including topics that may be considered sensitive, dangerous, illegal in some jurisdictions, or emotionally distressing.

3. Full User Responsibility

You — the user — assume complete and sole responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to: personal, legal, financial, psychological, or societal harm. The creator(s), operator(s), and maintainer(s) of BuLumina shall bear no liability whatsoever.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18+. Accounts belonging to minors will be deleted.

Your conversations are stored on our servers. Authorized administrators can access and review the full content of your chats. Data may be disclosed to law enforcement when required by law or when we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent harm.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this service to: harm minors, plan or commit crimes, generate malware, dox individuals, harass others, infringe copyright, or violate any applicable laws. Any such use is a breach of these terms and your sole responsibility.

5. No Warranty

This service is provided "as-is," with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or safety. Use it at your own risk.

6. Data & Privacy

Your balance and account information are stored to provide the service. You may delete your account anytime by contacting the operator.

7. Right to Terminate

The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete any account at any time, without notice.
